Softball Game Preview: GMG Wolverines vs. Don Bosco Dons

The GMG Wolverines will square off against the Don Bosco Dons at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, GMG turned things around against Dunkerton on Monday. They put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 7-1 win. The Wolverines not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since June 1st (when they won 10-0).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Don Bosco). They blew past Colo-NESCO 22-1 on Monday. The Dons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by nine runs or more this season.

Don Bosco's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for GMG, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 4-8.
