Basketball Recap: Crisp County Takes a Loss

Crisp County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a 33-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pierce County Bears. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bears this season, with their most recent defeat being a 28-19 loss last Saturday.

Crisp County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-21. As for Pierce County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-17 record this season.

Crisp County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pierce County, they will face off against Tattnall County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Tattnall County will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Pierce County surely won't give up without a fight.
