Covington-Douglas had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Mulhall-Orlando Panthers as they made off with a 52-27 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Covington-Douglas is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.3 points per game. As for Mulhall-Orlando, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-12.
