Football Recap: Fernandina Beach Pirates vs. West Nassau Warriors
Monday just wasn't the day for Fernandina Beach's offense. They took a 6-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Nassau Warriors. Danyelle Bell continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for West Nassau, rushing for 52 yards and one touchdown on only five carries, while also picking up 30 receiving yards. Bell didn't just play on offense: she also made one tackle and defended four passes in addition to snagging an interception. Reagan Overstreet also deserves some recognition as she posted her first receiving yards of the season.
