Softball Recap: Earlville Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Earlville's offense. They came up short against the Serena Huskers on Tuesday, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-0 last Monday.

Earlville now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Serena, they pushed their record up to 8-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Earlville will venture away from home to square off against Somonauk at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Serena, they will welcome Dwight at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Huskers are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
