Hansen entered their tilt with Carey on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1. For the Huskies, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Hansen had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 26-24, 25-15, 25-23.

Hansen now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Carey, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Hansen is set to face off against their familiar foe Dietrich at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Carey will challenge rival Castleford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
