Drew and Lovejoy are an even 4-4 against one another since December of 2016, but not for long. Drew will be playing at home against Lovejoy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lovejoy took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Drew, who comes in off a win.

On Saturday, Drew beat McNair 68-57. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Drew.

Drew's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rexson Kenley, who posted 13 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Ricky Moon, who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine assists.

Lovejoy kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. The matchup between the Wildcats and Lithonia didn't end well, with the Wildcats falling 61-42.

Drew came up short against Lovejoy in their previous meeting back in January of 2020, falling 53-48. Can Drew avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
