Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kyler Madison and Millie Ashcroft Lead Milford to Victory

Milford lost to Holly back in September of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Mavericks came out on top against the Bronchos by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mavericks.

Milford not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Holly between 18 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18.

Milford was led to victory by Millie Ashcroft and Kyler Madison. Ashcroft had seven digs and two aces, while Madison had three digs and three aces.

Milford's win bumped their record up to 14-3-1. As for Holly, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.

Coming up, Milford will take on Walled Lake Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Holly, they will welcome Linden at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
