Alpaugh's loss ends three-game winning streak on the road

Recap: Alpaugh Buffalos vs. Kings Christian Crusaders

The Alpaugh Buffalos won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were beaten by Kings Christian 87-32. Alpaugh was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-19.

It was another big night for Ronnie Roche, who scored 33 points along with five steals for Kings Christian. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Roche has scored at least a third of Kings Christian's points. Deonte Reynolds was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with six rebounds and four steals.

Alpaugh's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-7. As for Kings Christian, their win was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 24-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alpaugh will take on the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Laton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Monday. As for Kings Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cowboys at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
