Softball Recap: Hadley Luzerne Comes Up Short

Hadley Luzerne couldn't beat Warrensburg on Wednesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the second inning. The Eagles came up short against the Burghers, falling 20-6. The Eagles have struggled against the Burghers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Hadley Luzerne's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Warrensburg, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hadley Luzerne will challenge Johnstown at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Warrensburg, they will face off against Cambridge/Salem at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
