Capital City Public Charter School's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for KIPP DC Legacy College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 6-2.

KIPP DC Legacy College Prep was able to grind out a solid victory over Capital City Public Charter School when the teams last played back in September of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
