Baseball Recap: Franklin Road Academy Panthers vs. University School of Nashville Tigers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lipscomb Academy, Franklin Road Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the University School of Nashville Tigers. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.
Gavin Gadsey made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Gadsey was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. That stolen base was his first of the season.
