Peyton Lopez Game Report: @ Lake View

A big congratulations to Peyton Lopez, who rushed for at least 100 rushing yards for the first time in his career. He rushed for 100 yards and one score on only 12 carries as Burnet took down Lake View 46-36. We rated that as his best performance of the season, easily topping his previous best, set on September 12th, when he rushed for 58 yards on only six carries (Gamescore: 21.2 vs. 9.2).

Looking ahead, Lopez and Burnet will be playing at home against Marble Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lopez will face off against Joaquin Aguilar, the Mustangs' star running back. Will the matchup be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.
