 Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Sage Ridge Scorpions walked away with it. They walked away with  a   45-38  victory over the Muckers  on Tuesday. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Sage Ridge.

That makes it 14 consecutive games in which  she has scored at least a third of Sage Ridge's points. Another player making a difference was  Beatrice Liwanag, who  scored 12 points along with four  steals.
 Virginia City's loss  came despite strong showings from  Tesla Turley and  Matley Kelley.  Turley  scored 26 points along with two  steals and two  blocks, while  Kelley  scored seven points along with 13  rebounds and six  blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Turley has scored all season.
 Virginia City  struggled to work together and  finished the game with only  an  assist. They  were crushed by their opponents in that department as Sage Ridge  posted 11  assists.
 Sage Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Virginia City, they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-23.
 Sage Ridge will face off against Pyramid Lake at 6:20  p.m.  on Friday. One thing working in Pyramid Lake's favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last 12 matchups. Virginia City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
