Volleyball Recap: Smoky Mountain Takes a Loss

After flying high against Atkins on Saturday, Smoky Mountain came back down to earth. Smoky Mountain came up short against East Rowan on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Smoky Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for East Rowan, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-11 record this season.

Smoky Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Rowan, they will face off against Carson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
