Roane County is 8-0 against Scott since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Roane County Yellowjackets will take on the Scott Highlanders at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Roane County didn't have too much trouble with Harriman as they won 53-37.

While Scott didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They managed a 36-30 win over Cumberland Gap on Monday. The 36-point effort marked the Highlanders' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The victory got Roane County back to even at 2-2. As for Scott, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Roane County beat Scott 62-50 when the teams last played back in November of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Roane County since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
