Zayden Pittman put up the most passing yards he's had since back in October of 2024 on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, throwing for 79 yards and one touchdown on only six passes. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making nine total tackles and defending one pass in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.

Pittman and Ropes will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Tahoka at 7:00 p.m. on October 10. The matchup will pit Pittman up against the Bulldogs' star quarterback Dante Garcia. So who wins this QB-duel? There's only one way to know for sure.
