Volleyball Game Preview: Franklin Sabers vs. South Milwaukee Rockets

The Franklin Sabers will face off against the South Milwaukee Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a four-game winning streak alive.

Franklin's tournament run continued when they took on Kettle Moraine Lutheran on Saturday. The Sabers had just enough and edged out the Chargers 2-1.

Franklin's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Jasmine Meyer, who had 11 digs and two aces, and Hazel Rehm, who had ten digs. Meyer has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday South Milwaukee sidestepped Kenosha Bradford for a 3-2 win.

South Milwaukee took Kenosha Bradford into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-12, 25-17, 23-25, 15-13.

South Milwaukee's victory bumped their record up to 20-16. As for Franklin, their win bumped their record up to 15-21.
