Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thunder Basin). They managed a 65-59 win over the Campbell County Camels on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bolts as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Thunder Basin's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ashtyn Ketchum, who shot 75% from beyond the arc to rack up 22 points. The dominant performance also gave Ketchum a new career-high in shooting accuracy (67%). Another player making a difference was Addison Rouse, who went 5-for-11 on her way to 12 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.

Despite the loss, Campbell County still got an impressive performance from Kaylie Neary, who shot 44% from the field en route to 22 points. Patience Smith was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Thunder Basin's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Campbell County, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-9.

Thunder Basin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 39-23 loss against Sheridan on the 1st. As for Campbell County, they have also already played their next contest, a 58-36 win against Thunder Basin on the 6th.
