Sadly, the Thomasville Bulldogs are still looking for their first win of the season after 18 matchups. They were beaten by South Davidson 49-18 on Tuesday. Thomasville has not had much luck with South Davidson recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Kayra Hulin went supernova for South Davidson, almost dropping a double-double on 30 points and nine rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which Hulin has scored at least a third of South Davidson's points. Shayna Freeze was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Thomasville's loss was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-18. As for South Davidson, their win ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-17.
Thomasville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 31-26 win vs. College Prep & Leadership Academy on the 8th. South Davidson has also already played their next game, a 75-37 defeat against East Davidson on the 9th.
