Foothill had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Enterprise Hornets on Wednesday as the Foothill Cougars made off with a 5-2 victory. It was an even better day for Ben Heywood as he scored three goals for his team.

Foothill's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 4-6-2. As for Enterprise, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-7-1.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Foothill face off against the Chico at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Foothill is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season. Enterprise has already played their next contest (against Red Bluff), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
