Soccer Game Preview: George Washington vs. Bodine

The George Washington Eagles will square off against the Bodine Ambassadors at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.

George Washington is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to five goals last Tuesday, they were much more limited against Horace Furness on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 1-0. George Washington haven't had much luck with Horace Furness recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Bodine has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 24. They and Olney finished up their matchup with a 3-3 draw on Tuesday.

With that draw, Bodine's record moves to 6-4-3. As for George Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1.

George Washington suffered a grim 7-1 defeat to Bodine in their previous meeting back in September of 2022. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Eagles were down 3-0.
