Baseball Recap: Sandusky Has No Trouble Against Waite

Sandusky won the last time they faced Waite and things went their way on Saturday too. The Blue Streaks put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 19-2 win. The Blue Streaks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

Sandusky now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Waite, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Sandusky will venture away from home to take on Mansfield Senior at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tygers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Blue Streaks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Waite, they will welcome Rogers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Indians are facing the Rams at the right time seeing as the Rams are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
