After losing to Porter the last time they met, Kingwood Park decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Kingwood Park Panthers slipped by the Porter Spartans 36-35 on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on five straight.

Kingwood Park is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. As for Porter, they moved to 15-16 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Kingwood Park Panthers face off against the Splendora Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Porter, they will face off against Pasadena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Porter is facing Pasadena at the right time seeing as Pasadena is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
