Soccer Recap: Smoky Hill Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Smoky Hill and Denver South squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Smoky Hill had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Ravens by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Smoky Hill haven't been shut out since back in August.

Smoky Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 10-5-1. As for Denver South, their win bumped their record up to 11-4-1.

Smoky Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Denver South, they have already played their next contest, a 5-1 loss against Northfield on the 4th.
