Volleyball Game Preview: Creekview Grizzlies vs. The King's Academy Knights + How To Watch

The Creekview Grizzlies will take on The King's Academy Knights at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Creekview had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Sprayberry on Tuesday. The Grizzlies were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Yellow Jackets. The victory continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their matchups with the Yellow Jackets: they've now won five in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-9, 25-15.

Meanwhile, The King's Academy sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Roswell two weeks ago.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day The King's Academy got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-17, 23-25, 25-10.

The victory got Creekview back to even at 14-14. As for The King's Academy, their win bumped their record up to 28-6.

Creekview was able to grind out a solid victory over The King's Academy when the teams last played back in September of 2022, winning 2-0. Do the Grizzlies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Knights turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
