Football Recap: Casey-Westfield Warriors vs. Richland County Tigers        
        
		
             After flying high against Mt. Carmel  last Saturday, Casey-Westfield came back down to earth. The Casey-Westfield Warriors received a  blow  on Friday as they fell  35-20 to the Richland County Tigers. The  contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
  Nolan Clement rushed for 54 yards.  
 Nicholas Fouty was his top target, picking up 62 receiving yards.  On the ground, 
 Luke Karras rushed for 76 yards.
  Gavyn Cothern continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Richland County, rushing for 123 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 119 yards and two touchdowns on only ten passes. Cothern's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 123  rushing yards.
 With the  defeat, Casey-Westfield broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-1. As for Richland County, the  win for them keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
 Casey-Westfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  a  52-20  victory against Paris on the 25th. Richland County has also  already played their next match,  a  50-27  win against Robinson on the 25th.
