Volleyball Recap: Center Takes a Loss

Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Colfax Falcons, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-13, 25-17.

Center's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Colfax, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Center is set to challenge their familiar foe Oakmont at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Colfax will take on rival Mira Loma at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
