Adna's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They never let the Raymond/South Bend Ravens get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 games by six runs or more this season.

Adna pushed their record up to 20-1 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Raymond/South Bend, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-12.

Adna wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Raymond on the 10th. As for Raymond/South Bend, they will square off against Pe Ell/Willapa Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pe Ell/Willapa Valley's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Raymond/South Bend's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
