Baseball Recap: Quinton's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Quinton can bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Buffalo Valley Buffaloes, sneaking past 11-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Savages have posted since April 4, 2024.

Kaiden Gabbart was a standout: he scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. Cash Hobbs was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

The win got Quinton back to even at 1-1. As for Buffalo Valley, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Quinton will head out on the road to take on Braggs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Buffalo Valley, they will welcome Wilburton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
