Soccer Recap: Mira Loma Victorious

Mira Loma's game on Wednesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They skirted past the Colfax Falcons 3-2.

Kelor Garcia and Parthiv Goswami scored all three of Mira Loma's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Mira Loma's victory bumped their record up to 6-3-2. As for Colfax, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mira Loma will venture away from home to take on Marysville at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Mira Loma's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Colfax has already played their next match (against Bear River), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
