It was a good run, but Design Tech unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons, falling 3-0.

While Design Tech was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Crystal Springs Uplands' winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 25-20.

Matteo Tartaglia paced Design Tech's offense, picking up three kills. Tartaglia got some help from Kunaal Iyer and his four assists.

Design Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Crystal Springs Uplands, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

As of now, neither Design Tech nor the Gryphons have any future games scheduled.
