Basketball Recap: O'Neal Falcons vs. Freedom Christian Academy Patriots
This season hasn't been kind to the O'Neal Falcons, who are still winless after their 20th matchup. They were beaten by Freedom Christian Academy 80-42 on Tuesday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for O'Neal in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost four in a row.
It was another big night for Karsten Swinney, who scored 31 points along with seven assists and six rebounds for Freedom Christian Academy. Swinney has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 20 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Noa Von Pine, who scored 21 points.
O'Neal dropped their record down to 0-20 with that defeat, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Freedom Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 13-13.
O'Neal does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Freedom Christian Academy will be playing at home against the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
