Volleyball Recap: Sandy Creek's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Sandy Creek won the last time they faced LaGrange and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Patriots were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Grangers. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Patriots this season.

Sandy Creek never let LaGrange on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-11, 25-20.

Sandy Creek got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kendall Davidson out in front who had 15 digs and two assists. With that strong performance, Davidson is now averaging an impressive 10.2 digs per game. Another player making a difference was Lexi Mitchell, who had six digs and two aces.
