Heritage is a perfect 10-0 against Wakefield since September of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Huskies will face off against the Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. Heritage will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Heritage got the win against Franklinton by a conclusive 3-0.

While Heritage won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-22, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Wakefield had just enough and edged out Corinth Holders 3-2 on Tuesday. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Wakefield wouldn't go down easily and took Corinth Holders into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 21-25, 25-27, 25-23, 15-11.

Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Wakefield, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Heritage skirted past Wakefield 3-2 in their previous meeting back in August. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
