Basketball Recap: Haralson County Comes Up Short

If Haralson County was riding high fresh off their 49-27 takedown of Mt. Zion last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Haralson County Rebels came up short against the Model Blue Devils on Tuesday, falling 56-33. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Haralson County's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Model, they pushed their record up to 17-4 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Haralson County will square off against Bowdon at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Model, they will venture away from home to take on Sonoraville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
