Baseball Recap: East Chambers Takes a Loss

If East Chambers was riding high fresh off their 18-0 takedown of Chester on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Buccaneers came up short against the Vinton Lions on Monday, falling 8-0.

East Chambers dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Vinton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, East Chambers will head out to face off against Sabine Pass at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vinton, they will take on Waskom in a tournament on Friday.
