Softball Recap: River Ridge/Scales Mound Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for River Ridge/Scales Mound's offense. They lost 6-0 to the Oregon Hawks on Friday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

River Ridge/Scales Mound saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alyssa Wentz, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

River Ridge/Scales Mound's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. Oregon has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
