Basketball Game Preview: Spruce Timberwolves vs. Seagoville Dragons

Spruce and Seagoville are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but not for long. The Spruce Timberwolves will be playing at home against the Seagoville Dragons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Spruce is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Spruce came up short against Wilson and fell 54-41.

Meanwhile, Seagoville had just enough and edged West Mesquite out 34-31 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dragons.

Seagoville is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-17 record this season. As for Spruce, their loss dropped their record down to 8-18.
