            The Benbrook Bobcats will head out to  face off against the Memorial Mavericks  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Benbrook is coming into the  contest hot, having won their last five games.
Benbrook is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. They blew past Western Hills 20-0 on Friday. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six  runs or more this season.
 Daniel Stiefvader looked comfortable as he  tossed one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-low in  walks (zero).
 On the hitting side,  Evan Smith and  Vance Morton did most of the damage at the plate:  Smith  scored a  run while going 2-for-2, while  Morton  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave  Morton a new career-high in  RBI (three).  Kale Toberny also deserves some recognition as  he  got his first  hits of the season.
 Benbrook  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  struck out at most three  strikeouts in four consecutive  games.
 Meanwhile, Memorial had just enough and edged out Cooper  3-2 on Friday. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Mavericks.
 Benbrook pushed their record up to 13-4 with the  victory, which was their 12th straight  on the road dating back to last season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Memorial, their record now sits at 11-5.
