Lynnfield was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Pentucket Regional on Friday. The Lynnfield Pioneers were the clear victor by a 68-46 margin over Pentucket Regional. The Pioneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 22 points or more this season.

Lynnfield is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points per game. As for Pentucket Regional, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Lynnfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-40 loss against Shawsheen Valley Tech on the 26th. As for Pentucket Regional, they will challenge Manchester Essex at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
