Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Skyline). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Woodville Panthers 68-9. While the Vikings didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Skyline's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points over those games. As for Woodville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skyline will take on North Sand Mountain in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Woodville, they will be home for the holidays to greet Oakwood Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
