Orangewood Christian barely beat Lake Highland Prep the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Orangewood Christian was the clear victor by a 16-2 margin over Lake Highland Prep on Tuesday. The Rams' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Aiden Balls was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has become a key player for Orangewood Christian: the team is 4-1 when he allows at most three hits, but 3-4 otherwise. Balls was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024.
