Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central fell victim to Indian Land and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Indian Land Warriors, falling 13-0. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost five in a row.

Central saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Crizden Freeman, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Indian Land, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Central is taking a road trip to challenge Cheraw at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Indian Land, they will face off against Pro Stock Royals Academy at 7:00 p.m. on March 13th.
