Softball Recap: Andrew Jackson Volunteers vs. North Central Knights

Andrew Jackson was the 15-0 winner over North Central when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Andrew Jackson Volunteers wound up on the wrong side of a rough 11-2 walloping at the hands of the North Central Knights on Tuesday. For North Central's part, Mackenzie Melton was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and only one walk).
