Crestview entered their tilt with Mapleton on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Mounties. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mounties, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 24-26, 27-25.

Zoe Kuhn paced Crestview's offense, picking up 13 kills. Kuhn got some help from Kloe Morrison and her 11 assists. Kuhn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Crestview's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Mapleton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Crestview will welcome Lucas at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mapleton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Black River on the 6th.
