Softball Recap: Normandy Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Normandy's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Strongsville Mustangs on Thursday. The Invaders haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Normandy's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Strongsville, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Normandy will challenge Brunswick at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Strongsville, they will square off against Steele at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Mustangs 0.5, the Comets 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
