CJ Bonner Game Report: vs Cape Fear Christian Academy

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday CJ Bonner stepped things up a notch to give Crossroads Christian the 'W'. Bonner went 5-for-6 on his way to 12 points. The effort also marked the most assists (three) he has had since back in December of 2024. We rated that as his best performance of the season, edging out his previous best, set on December 10th, 2024, when he posted seven points and three steals (Gamescore: 12.7 vs. 11.6).

Looking ahead, Crossroads Christian will have a chance to keep the ball rolling against New Garden Friends at 6:45 p.m. on Friday following yesterday's win. The contest will pit Bonner up against the Bears' star guard Valentine Abens. With these two excellent players competing for bragging rights, there's bound to be some exciting action on the court.
