Basketball Recap: Ocean City Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Ocean City, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against the St. Joseph Wildcats by a score of 54-42 on Friday. The Raiders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Ocean City's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for St. Joseph, with the defeat, they broke their 11-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ocean City and Mainland Regional will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for St. Joseph, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the St. Joseph Wildcats duke it out with the Middle Township Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
