Volleyball Recap: Roanoke-Benson Takes a Loss

Roanoke-Benson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hall Red Devils. If the Rockets were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Red Devils when the teams met back in August of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Roanoke-Benson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Hall, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Roanoke-Benson has already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Fieldcrest on the 30th. As for Hall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against St. Bede on the 30th.
